The course also explains how to work with agile methods, how to track projects and the functions of the portfolio overview in BigPicture. Finally, advanced administration skills are taught. Each training section is concluded with a practical exercise.
The two-day training course is aimed at both beginners and advanced users. Knowledge of Jira is an advantage. The training is divided into a total of seven teaching units and is conducted in a virtual training environment. The training can be held in German or English. The official Appfire training documents are written in English.
After completing the training, participants receive a certificate of participation from Appfire.
