This course provides a comprehensive introduction to administering an Atlassian Cloud organization, focusing on how organizations, sites, and apps are structured and managed. Participants will learn to navigate Atlassian Administration, understand different admin roles, and manage core elements such as sites, applications, URLs, billing, and subscriptions to ensure a well-organized and scalable environment.
The training also covers user and access management, including how to manage Atlassian accounts, assign roles and groups, control app access, and revoke user permissions when needed. Learners will gain practical skills in securing access through network controls and monitoring organizational activity using audit logs, analytics, and usage insights to maintain visibility and governance.
In addition, the course explores advanced administration topics such as planning and validating changes with release tracks and sandbox environments, as well as governing AI capabilities like Rovo. Participants will learn how to control where AI is available, monitor its usage with insights and audit logs, and apply security best practices using Atlassian Guard, including understanding when to use Guard Standard versus Guard Premium to protect their organization effectively.
