This introductory training provides a practical foundation for using Confluence as a central hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Led by an experienced instructor, participants learn how to navigate Confluence, create and organize content, and collaborate effectively on pages and live docs. The course demonstrates how to enhance content with rich elements, Smart Links, basic macros, and whiteboards—making information easier to understand and reuse.

Participants also learn how to work more efficiently by searching for information, integrating content from other tools, and generating or improving content where needed. Key topics such as publishing, sharing, and permissions ensure that content remains structured, accessible, and secure.

Designed for beginners with no prerequisites, this course enables teams to use Confluence confidently, keep knowledge organized, and collaborate effectively in one connected workspace.
