catworkx, part of TIMETOACT GROUP and the leading Atlassian Enterprise Integration Partner in the DACH region, is expanding its international presence through a strategic merger with Herzum.
This move strengthens catworkx’s footprint in the USA and marks its entry into the Italian market. Herzum, founded in 2000, is an established Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner with operations in North and South America, as well as Europe, and offers end-to-end Atlassian services supported by strong Agile and DevOps expertise.
The combined organization, operating under the catworkx brand, will enhance its leadership across the DACH region, the Americas, and new geographic markets. It unites two strong brands with complementary strengths, extensive delivery capabilities, and deep industry knowledge. The integration follows previous successful acquisitions by catworkx of brainbits, STAGIL, Zuara, and EverIT, further reinforcing the group’s position as a global Atlassian leader.
Nick Howser has been appointed CEO of catworkx USA, joined by Adam Betzen, former CEO of Herzum Americas, who will serve as COO of catworkx USA. In Europe, Sebastian Matte Bon, former CEO of Herzum EMEA, will lead catworkx Italy and support business development across EMEA.
This transaction marks TIMETOACT GROUP’s second acquisition in 2025 following its strategic investment from funds advised by H.I.G. Capital. It reflects the Group’s continued commitment to consolidating the IT services market and expanding its global service offering.
