I’m lucky to live in a country where women have equal rights, but I know that’s not the case everywhere. In IT, I’ve often been the only woman in the room—so creating more opportunities for women is something I really care about.

It was a natural next step. I started in customer support, moved into consulting, and when the opportunity to lead a team came up, I said yes! Now, I get to mentor my colleagues and help them grow, which I love.
The tech industry is full of exciting opportunities—but many women still hesitate to take the leap. Whether it's problem-solving, innovation, or leadership, there’s space for more diverse voices. Sarah’s advice? Go for it!
