Training description
In this training, you'll learn how to create, configure, and maintain projects in Jira, following proven best practices and working effectively with Jira administrators. Participants will also explore how project-level administration connects to system-level administration and why maintaining the overall health of the Jira environment is essential.
Throughout the course, your team can ask organization-specific questions in real time, ensuring the training directly supports your processes and use cases. The collaborative format promotes engagement, knowledge retention, and practical outcomes that extend beyond the live sessions.
The training is designed for Jira power users, project administrators, Jira administrators, team leads, agile project managers, and Scrum Masters. Basic Jira knowledge or completion of Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset is recommended. Completing this course also helps prepare participants for the Managing Jira Projects for Data Center certification.
