Atlassian Team ’25 was more than just a product showcase—it was a statement about the future of teamwork, AI, and the ecosystem that surrounds it. From new cloud hosting options and smarter service tools to a fully reimagined Rovo experience, the event marked a pivotal moment for customers, partners, and teams around the world.

And we were thrilled to be right in the middle of it all.

catworkx in Anaheim: Showcasing, Celebrating, Connecting

Team ’25 was a major event not just for Atlassian — but for us at catworkx as well. As a Signature sponsor of the event, we had the opportunity to showcase our solutions, meet face-to-face with customers and partners, and contribute to the pulse of the Atlassian ecosystem.

Our booth wasn’t just a touchpoint — it was a true experience. We offered product showcases, live demos, expert talks, and giveaways designed to spark conversations about what’s possible with the Atlassian Cloud and high-velocity service management. From Jira Service Management best practices to custom integrations, our team was all in—and the engagement from attendees showed just how strong the demand for scalable, expert-driven solutions really is.

We were also incredibly honored to be named Atlassian Partner of the Year in the category of High Velocity Service Management—a recognition of our long-standing commitment to excellence in service delivery, customer success, and innovation across the Atlassian platform.

Atlassian recognized 32 partners from it's Ecosystem of hundreds of Partners for their work in 2024-2025, but the High Velocity Service Management award is especially dear to our hearts. We’re proud to bring home, as it belongs to our customers just as much as our team. It reflects the trust you place in us and the shared goals we work toward every day.

Major Announcements That Are Shaping the Ecosystem

As expected, Atlassian brought a wave of product and platform updates to the Team ’25 stage — but a few announcements stood out above the rest.

New Hosting Options for Cloud Customers

Atlassian is expanding its cloud offering to serve more regulated and complex industries. The introduction of Atlassian Government Cloud (FedRAMP Moderate compliant) and the upcoming Atlassian Isolated Cloud (arriving in 2026) mark a major step forward in bringing the benefits of cloud to customers with high security and compliance needs. These additions sit alongside existing Data Center and Commercial Cloud offerings, giving customers more flexibility than ever before.

HRSM and CSM: Extending Service to Every Team

The expansion of Jira Service Management into HR Service Management (HRSM) and the launch of a brand-new Customer Service Management (CSM) app reinforce Atlassian’s belief that service belongs to more than just IT. HR teams now get dedicated templates, automation tools, and a journey builder to streamline onboarding and sensitive employee processes. On the customer side, CSM brings Rovo-powered self-service solutions to external support workflows —transforming how businesses serve their clients.

Rovo for All

Rovo is no longer just for Enterprise customers. It’s now being made available across Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans, unlocking AI-powered search, chat, and agent functionality for teams of all sizes. With over 1 million users already using Rovo each month, Atlassian is putting AI at the center of the cloud platform. And with Rovo Search, Chat, and Studio apps, plus new developer-focused agents, the capabilities just keep growing.

New Collections: Strategy & Teamwork

To make it easier to get started and scale with Atlassian, the company introduced two new app bundles: Strategy Collection (for teams focused on planning and aligning work) and Teamwork Collection (for execution-focused collaboration). These collections reflect Atlassian’s modular, platform-first approach, giving teams tailored experiences without unnecessary complexity.

Loom AI Joins the Family

The deeper integration of Loom into the Atlassian Cloud experience further blurs the line between async communication and collaboration. Whether it's sharing quick updates, explaining a bug, or onboarding new teammates, Loom brings human connection into every corner of Atlassian’s tools. Expect to see deeper integration into Jira, Confluence, and even Rovo-powered workflows in the future.

Of course, these were just a few of the big moments. Navigation changes, naming updates (like “work items” and “apps”), and platform-wide performance improvements also featured prominently.

The Atlassian Community Levels Up

Beyond the product reveals, Team ’25 highlighted big changes in the Atlassian Community itself, bringing more unity and energy to how users, admins, and partners connect.

The Atlassian Community, University, and in-person Events (like ACE - Atlassian Community Events and CLC - Community-Led Conferences) are now coming together under one cohesive banner — making it easier for members to find learning, collaboration, and local engagement opportunities in one place.

And with this change, the Atlassian Community Leader Program has been renamed to "Champions" — a name that reflects both the passion and the impact these contributors bring. Several Champions of the Year were also recognized during the event, celebrating their leadership and community spirit.

Looking ahead, there are plenty of ways to get involved. In May and June, Community members, Solution and Marketplace partners will come together at local ACE (Atlassian Community Events) and CLC (Community Leader Conference) events across the globe. These gatherings are perfect opportunities to connect with the ecosystem—and be part of shaping what comes next.
