catworkx (formerly Zuara) has supported IWB in the implementation of agile, business-driven IT projects and operational, cross-divisional collaboration: Setting up and establishing processes, the collaboration platform and portfolio project management. The mandate included the design and implementation of demand & delivery processes based on SAFe®, the integration of specialist departments and external service providers and training for end users and administrators. One highlight is the automatic synchronization of Jira Issues with Azure DevOps, which is used by IWB's IT department.
