In this training, participants will learn how to integrate assets into Jira Service Management to help agents process tickets quickly and efficiently. They will learn how to configure custom fields for asset objects to provide important information for tickets. The use of advanced AQL functions and the configuration of automation rules based on JSM tickets and user-defined asset fields are also part of this training.
The aim of this advanced training is to be able to manage your Enterprise Assets (EAM) and IT Assets (ITAM) and to use the CMDB functions of Asset effectively. You will also receive an introduction to the integration options and learn about advanced configurations for data import and synchronization.
