Training description

Course participants will also receive guidance on how to build a culture of resilience and a common language that engages employees and puts customers at the center. Participating in a Leading SAFe® course enables them to learn how companies can build enterprise agility and use SAFe® in their own organization. They also learn how to align the company with clear goals and improve the value stream from strategy to implementation. They will also learn what makes companies more customer-oriented and how important SAFe® events such as PI planning can be carried out.

The training is held in German (or optionally in English), the training documents are written in English. After completing the training, participants can take an exam for certification as a SAFe® Agilist and also receive 1-year access to the SAFe® Community Platform. In order to take the certification exam, participants must complete all training days.

Note: There are license fees for the course materials and for access to the exam (currently approx. 150€).

3 days/total of 16 hours (plus 4 hours optional additional module; see below)

Prerequisites

No prerequisites are necessary for participation in the training.

Previous knowledge of agile methods is an advantage.
