      Automate work and reduce manual effort in Jira

      Learn how to configure Jira Cloud to automatically respond to events and changes without manual intervention. In this instructor-led training, participants discover how Jira Automation can help teams reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and ensure the right actions happen at the right time.

      Led by an experienced Atlassian instructor, this course teaches participants how to create automation rules for common use cases such as work item assignments, field and label updates, notifications, and service management processes. Participants also learn who can create automation rules in different contexts, how to build rules manually and with the help of Rovo, and how to troubleshoot and monitor automations to ensure they run reliably.
