In the Agile Foundation Training you will get to know all common agile approaches to be able to classify, evaluate and make them usable for your concrete work environment. You will learn how to develop new ideas quickly and customer-oriented with Design Thinking. You will also learn how to design processes more efficiently with Kanban. Likewise, how you can use Scrum to efficiently bring products to market that delight customers. You will also learn how to effectively capture requirements and continuously improve processes in your organization.

The training is aimed at all those who have had little contact with agility so far but would like to get to grips with the topic.

Course Content:

What is agile anyway? What constitutes it and most importantly, why should your organization of all organizations work agile? Based on these questions, you will explore a spectrum of agile frameworks and methods in the Agile Foundation training together with our certified trainers. From the initial approach to the finished product. You will understand the meaning of agile, internalize agile values and principles, recognize the difference from traditional project management and understand how agile changes an organization and its culture.
