      The Leading SAFe training examines in detail the internationally used Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the principles behind it such as Lean, Systems Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow or DevOps. You will gain a deeper understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and acquire the tools necessary to execute a Lean-Agile transformation in your organization.

      You will learn everything you need to know about organizational change and culture change, understand the importance of synchronization between multiple Agile teams, and reflect on whether your organization meets the necessary requirements for implementing SAFe.
