In the present project, a new generation work time management system will be created. The system will have the customizability of large enterprise management systems, but with a more modern scriptable solution that is optimized for the challenges of the field of HR, at significantly lower prices. The development idea was based on the needs of our own customers. Based on the preliminary market survey, we primarily target companies with more than 50 employees. Professional and efficient management of working time is of paramount importance in this sector. By incorporating the R&D results realized during the project, our development will be supplemented with functions supported by artificial intelligence (scheduling algorithm and deep learning-based method), which will create a unique, innovative system compared to the currently available time management systems on the market. The developed system will be able to operate on a cloud service in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service) or installed in the user’s own IT infrastructure. In the case of cloud services, we pay special attention to information security. The system provides interfaces for integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The customization of the product will be done by consulting companies. They can generate higher added value based on our system.
