Training description

This training provides your team with foundational administration skills for Jira and Jira Service Management in a Data Center environment. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to configure Jira, manage users and groups, apply global permissions, create projects, update workflows, and control access across products following proven best practices.

Throughout the course, your team can ask organization-specific questions in real time, ensuring the material directly applies to your environment. The collaborative learning format promotes engagement, retention, and practical knowledge that administrators can immediately apply.

This training is designed for new Jira administrators and anyone responsible for managing Jira or Jira Service Management in Data Center. Basic Jira knowledge or completion of Jira Basics is recommended. After completing this course, participants can continue their learning with advanced Jira administration topics.
