The focus is on Jira and Jira Service Management, covering the implementation of business requirements in effective Jira configurations and setting board and sprint authorizations.

This practice-oriented training advances your team’s administration skills in Jira and Jira Service Management Cloud through a practical, case study–based approach. Participants will learn how to configure issue types, custom fields, screens, workflows, boards, sprints, and schemes to align Jira with complex business requirements.
In this hands-on course, your team will develop real-world skills they can apply immediately, including gathering and refining requirements, mapping them to effective Jira configurations, and implementing administrator best practices for scalable and maintainable setups.
This training is designed for experienced Jira administrators managing Jira or Jira Service Management in Cloud. Prior completion of Jira Administration Part 1 (Cloud or Data Center) or equivalent hands-on experience is recommended.
