Training description

This training shows your team how to maintain a single source of truth for ongoing work in Jira using Plans. You will learn how to use the auto-scheduler to generate recommendations based on team capacity, timelines, and priorities, as well as how to identify dependencies between work items to prevent bottlenecks and delivery risks.

In this hands-on course, your team will create and manage plans, add and schedule work items, define milestones and releases, and model different scenarios to understand the impact of changes to scope, capacity, or deadlines. This enables more accurate forecasting of resources, timelines, and launch readiness across projects.

This training is ideal for program and project managers, product owners and managers, development team leads, and Scrum Masters responsible for planning and coordinating work in Jira.
