This practice-oriented training introduces the core capabilities of Assets in Jira Service Management Cloud. You will learn how to use JSM to manage your organization’s resources for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), and understand the role of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in supporting service operations.
During the training, you will become familiar with the Cloud interface and navigation. You will work with object schemas to create and manage object types, attributes, and objects, and learn how to perform searches and build reports. The course also covers configuring Assets automation and integrating with external systems to import and synchronize data.
This hands-on session is designed to help teams build a solid foundation for managing asset and configuration data effectively in Jira Service Management Cloud.
