      Training description

      This practice-oriented training provides an introduction to the core capabilities of the Assets feature in Jira Service Management. You will learn how to use JSM to manage your organization’s resources for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), as well as understand the role of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in supporting service operations.

      During the training, you will become familiar with the JSM interface and navigation. You will work with object schemas to create and manage object types, attributes, and objects, and learn how to perform searches and generate reports. The course also covers configuring assets automation and integrating with external systems to import and synchronize data into assets.

      This hands-on session is designed to help teams establish a solid foundation for managing asset and configuration data effectively within Jira Service Management.
